From San Giovanni railwaystation take the bus N. 5 CIVIGLIO (every 30 minutes) to the terminus; take the slope at the back of the bus stop. At the top continue for other 30 mt. where, at your left, there is a gravel courtyard.
Highway
From Milan take the highway A9 COMO-CHIASSO and exit COMO CENTRO. Drive to Como and take the street to Brunate; after about 3 km at the junction, right to CIVIGLIO. After the Church square take the uphill road on your left, pass the restaurant "Crotto", after the second bend, enter the narrow street under the porch with the small fountain, 15 meters more you'll find the gravel courtyard.
From Swiss exit COMO CENTRO.

From Malpensa Airportt: highway A9 COMO-CHIASSO exit COMO CENTRO drive to Como and take the street to Brunate; after about 3 km, at the junction, right to CIVIGLIO.
