RULES
CHECK-IN In the afternoon, from 17.00 until 1900, anyway stating an approximate time. At arrival documents (Passport or
Identity Card) will be requested. The balance of the reservation must be payed upon arrival at the B&B.
Credit Cards are not accepted.
CHECK-OUT Rooms must be vacated before 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure, unless different agreed with the B&B manager. After 10:30 a.m. if the room is not vacated, you will be charged with another day of stay.
BREAKFAST is served between 8:00 and 9:30 a.m.
LIMITATIONS the use of drugs is not permitted. Smoking inside the B&B is not allowed, outside please use the ashtrays. It's forbidden to receive anybody not included within the persons that live in the B&B.
Please don't leave any objects of value unattended inside the B&B. The B&B property declines any responsibility for theft of items and personal belongings. Guests are requested to switch off the lights in the rooms, when not inside and not to waste water in the bathrooms (water is precious!). It is forbidden to throw rubbish and bulky items in the toilet; guests are kindly requested to use the dustbins.
Who loses the keys will be charged for the amount of 15 euros, 30 euros for the garage remote.
Animals are not allowed.
Rooms and bathrooms are cleaned daily; bed linens and towels every three days.
Guests are requested not to make noises and bother during the night, in respect oof the other guests.
For what not specifically mentioned we rely on good taste and common sense of each in behalf of all.
Compliance with the rules is absolutely compulsory, otherwise the B&B property will be compelled not to allow further stay in the facility.
